01
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how superagnt collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use the web app, connect messaging channels such as Slack or iMessage, connect third-party tools, let the superagnt operator act on your behalf, contact us, or otherwise use superagnt.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or tools that superagnt does not control. Those services may have their own privacy notices and terms.
02
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the service, and information from third parties you authorize or interact with through superagnt.
- »Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, organization details, and preferences.
- »Billing information, such as plan, subscription status, billing address, transaction metadata, and payment processor identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by superagnt.
- »Customer Data, such as messages, instructions, tasks, files, records, connected-account content, tool calls, webhook payloads, logs, and anything you ask the superagnt operator to read or act on across your connected channels and tools.
- »Usage and device information, such as IP address, user agent, request metadata, pages viewed, feature usage, actions taken by the operator, credits consumed, error logs, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- »Support and communications data, such as messages you send us, feedback, survey responses, security reports, and related contact details.
- »Third-party connection information, such as tokens, identifiers, configuration, scopes, and metadata from messaging channels and tools you choose to connect.
03
How we use information
We use personal information and Customer Data to operate, secure, support, and improve superagnt.
- »Provide the web app, the AI operator, connected messaging channels, tool integrations, memory, billing, support, and documentation.
- »Authenticate users, manage workspaces, issue and validate credentials, enforce permissions, and prevent unauthorized access.
- »Let the operator read context, call connected tools, take actions you approve, remember how you work, and complete the tasks you assign it.
- »Meter usage, calculate credits, manage plans, process payments, prevent fraud, and send transactional messages.
- »Monitor reliability, debug errors, improve performance, develop features, and understand product usage.
- »Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, security incidents, violations of our Terms, and unlawful activity.
- »Communicate with you about product updates, policy changes, support requests, security issues, and administrative matters.
04
AI and model providers
superagnt uses AI models to process your messages, instructions, connected-tool context, workspace configuration, and other Customer Data so the operator can understand tasks and act on them. We send only the information needed to provide the requested action.
We do not use Customer Data to train third-party foundation models unless you ask us to enable a feature that requires it or otherwise provide permission. Model providers may process data according to their own commitments to us and applicable law.
05
Memory
superagnt is designed to learn how you work by retaining context — preferences, prior instructions, recurring tasks, people, and facts — so the operator improves over time. This memory is scoped to your account and workspace and is used to serve you, not to build cross-customer profiles.
You can review and delete memory associated with your account in the web app or by contacting us. Deleting memory may reduce how well the operator anticipates your needs.
06
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure usage, improve the product, and understand how visitors use our website.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect login, security, functionality, or saved preferences.
07
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide superagnt, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with your direction.
- »Service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, provide analytics, deliver email, operate support tools, monitor security, and run models or agent infrastructure.
- »Third-party services you connect or ask the operator to act in, including messaging channels, tools, APIs, OAuth applications, webhooks, and workspace integrations.
- »Other users in your organization or workspace, according to their role and permissions.
- »Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal representatives where appropriate.
- »Authorities, courts, or third parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service.
- »A successor or affiliate in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
08
Retention
We retain personal information and Customer Data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate backups. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, your plan, workspace settings, legal requirements, and operational needs.
You may delete certain data directly in the web app or request deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups, logs, audit trails, billing records, or security records for a limited period where necessary.
09
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and Customer Data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your account, configuring workspace permissions, securing connected accounts and messaging channels, and ensuring that your use of superagnt complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
10
International processing
superagnt and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. If your information is controlled by a superagnt customer, we may direct your request to that customer.
12
Children
superagnt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13
Business customers and processors
When superagnt processes personal information in Customer Data on behalf of a business customer, that customer is generally the controller or business, and superagnt acts as a processor or service provider under applicable data protection laws. We process that data according to the customer's instructions, our agreements, and applicable law.
If you need a data processing agreement, contact us before using superagnt with regulated or sensitive personal information.
14
Sensitive information
Do not submit highly sensitive information to superagnt unless your agreement with us expressly permits it and you have configured the service appropriately. This includes protected health information, payment card numbers, government identifiers, children's data, biometric data, and other highly regulated information.
15
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new last updated date and, when required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated Policy applies.
